Property Consultation Report

When preparing to sell a home, I offer services to access the home as to readiness for selling.  The homeowner will receive an extensive report as to actions they are recommended to have done to the home to minimize the negotiation points with potential purchasers thus maximizing the value of the home. 

Property Staging

Preparing your home for selling involves moving it from a personal space to a product which invites buyers to envision the spaces as their own.  Different strategies can be used when staging a property.  For homes that are occupied, staging may be achieved using the owner's possessions.  For properties that are empty, renting furniture and accessories through Staging Designs for Now may be an option.  Terry then arranges the items to bring unity and purpose to a room, while opening up the space and showcasing architectual features.  In some cases, property owners desire to update their furniture and accessories prior to moving.  Terry is available to either shop for them or to accompany them to appropriate venues to select those new items.  This shopping is appropriate for staging model homes which often have staging lifetimes of several years.  This form of staging is very cost effective for the builder as the furniture and accessories can be sold when the model is finally sold.
